The best way is to have your own dedicated server. In the longer run it turns out to be more cost effective, especially for media applications, thats if you want to provide decent speed to your users.

if you want to be any good you wanna get a deticated host. But if you just want to start out with 15 GB you can go to and they are pretty good with 4.95/mo for a year or so (pay up front like ALL servers) for 500GB bandwidth. my site was run off several server before moving to them they are very good.

If you want a lot of bandwidth and space your gonna be wanting Dreamhost. They give you 1 Terrabyte of bandwidth and 20 Gigabytes of space. They’re pretty cheap and if you type in the promotion code CHPHOST you get $90 off a yearly subscription. After that it’s really cheap and comes out to like 3 dollars a month. They statistically have very good feedback from the users.
