I use One.com; they’re cheaper than a lot of others, they host their sites on Linux machines in… the netherlands I think. I have access to mysql and php works. Check them out; they do good deals and they look out for their customers. Also they have the best customer service I think I’ve ever seen! 24/7 instant message support via their site.
