There’s about 20 websites out there that can provide excellent web hosting for less than 10 dollars a month (monthly). I did a quick Google search and came across a decent review site, try it out:

Most hosting companies don’t offer monthly payment, because they want your money up front, and those that do usually charge huge setup fees.
